The aluminum honeycomb core is bonded by multiple layers of aluminum foil, laminated, and then stretched to form a regular hexagonal honeycomb core. The aluminum honeycomb core has sharp and clear cell walls without burrs, and is suitable for bonding high-quality core-to-surface materials and other applications. In addition, because of its small, open, straight and dense core, it can be used in electromagnetic shielding materials, photocatalyst filters, heater lattice grids, lighting grilles and precision instruments.

1. Aluminum alloy material: A3003H18 / 5052H18
2. Hole length (mm): 1.0, 1.5, 1.83, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0
3. Aluminum foil thickness: 0.025-0.08mm, 0.1mm
4. Delivery status: stacked block, cut strip or unfolded size (with pinhole or without pinhole)
5. Honeycomb core thickness: 3.0mm to 500mm
